TERM AND CONDITIONS
This page sets the terms and conditions related to booking any appointment with Cloud 9 Foot Spa:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that you will have adequate time to check in. If you are late, the time will be deducted from your service time. A 1 hour massage does not equate to 60 minutes of hands on time. All our services include roughly 5 minutes of prep time or time for you to disrobe/re-robe. If no preference was stated, the therapist is randomly assigned and may be different from your confirmation email.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To avoid a fee, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 5 hours in advance during business hours. To cancel or reschedule your next day appointment booked on or before 2pm, you must do so the day prior before 7pm. Failure to cancel or reschedule within these time frames, will result in a fee of 50% of the full service value added to your next visit. No call, no show clients will be charged a fee of 100% of the full service value and will be required to pay this fee in full before you will be allowed to rebook.
Offers & Promotions
Your service must be received ON or BEFORE the expiration date to qualify. All offers and promotions exclude 30-minute services, are not combinable, and cannot be applied to past services, prepaid packages, or gift cards.
Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and do not expire. Physical gift cards must be presented at check out and may only be redeemed at the location it was purchased at. Pre-paid packages can be shared with friends & family and cannot be used towards 30 minute services.
Group reservations of 3 or more must submit a group reservation form within 15 minutes of booking. Group reservations booked online will be canceled without this form. Once the from is submitted, the card submitted will be charged for 1 service and will be responsible for the entire party if they fail to abide by the cancellation and rescheduling policy.
